About Us
Taylor Banks

Taylor Banks is a Security Evangelist and Privacy Pundit with over 15 years in the Information Technology industry, the last 10 focused exclusively on Information Security and Privacy.

Taylor has delivered training and security consultation to thousands of security engineers, architects, managers and executives from hundreds of organizations including the DoD, FBI and the NSA. Previously, he worked as a consultant for Benedict College, the Environmental Policy Center at Georgia State University, Sodexho Marriott at the Georgia Institute of Technology and SunTrust Equitable Securities. In 2003, Taylor started the Atlanta Defcon Group, and in 2005 he founded kaos theory security research.

It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
